Admission Process Guidelines for the academic year 2020-21

  • Email completely filled application form along with scanned copies of documents mentioned in the application form to principalsjmcp@gmail.com.
  • The documents will be reviewed by the admission section of the institution for eligibility of the candidate for the applied programme.
  • If eligible the candidate can pay the prescribed fees to the below mentioned account  by online/NEFT/RTGS or in the form of Demand Draft in Favor of “Principal, SJM College of Pharmacy” Payable at Chitradurga.

  • Original documents along with fee paid Bank challan/receipt should be submitted at the institution  office.
  • The office will issue fee paid receipt and admission slip.   
  • The date of commencement of classes will be hosted on the website as per the guidelines of Government of India and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
